Most Emphasized/Enforced Deed Restrictions
Our "AT A GLANCE" document has been spruced up a bit so we are sharing it with our entire community. The primary message of the document is as follows:
- Trash cans, recycling bins, and unsightly items must not be stored in front of or beside homes and should not be visible from the street.
- Parking is not allowed on street curves, cul-de-sacs, esplanades, front lawns, or anywhere on lots, streets, easements, or common areas.
- No business or service activities of any kind are allowed to be conducted on any lot or in any buildings on the lot. (Deed Restrictions Article 8)
- 18 wheelers, trailers, commercial vehicles of any kind are not allowed in the community. (Deed Restrictions Article 17)
- Garage sales may be held in the months of April and October, only.
