The WHMA Swimming Pool Season

NOTE: The schedule below was updated as of August 25, 2026.

We are excited to announce that the Williamsburg Hamlet swimming pool will open on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. (Schedule change due to the weather and major pool repairs. The pool will now stay open through Sunday, September 6, instead of September 1.)

The new system still requires your pool card for entry into the pool area.
Check your existing pool card for a number or code on the card.
If you have not already done so, you will need to email that number/code with your address to williamsburghamlethoa@gmail.com by May 8th so we have time to manually...Read More

Our 2026 Annual Assessment letter from November 17, 2025 is attached for your information. Please read it carefully. If you have not yet paid your 2026 Assessment Fees, then they are past due. Most Emphasized/Enforced Deed Restrictions

Our "AT A GLANCE" document has been spruced up a bit so we are sharing it with our entire community. The primary message of the document is as follows:

Trash cans, recycling bins, and unsightly items must not be stored in front of or beside homes and should not be visible from the street.
Parking is not allowed on street curves, cul-de-sacs, esplanades, front lawns, or anywhere on lots, streets, easements, or common areas.
No business or service activities of any kind are allowed to be conducted on any lot or in any buildings on the lot. (Deed Restrictions Article 8)
18 wheelers, trailers, commercial vehicles of any kind are not allowed in the community. (Deed Restrictions Article 17)
Garage sales may be held in the months of April and October, only.

What Our Deed Restrictions Say About Garage Sales
Spring cleaning is in the air! And with Spring cleaning frequently we all realize that we need to get rid of some things. So are you thinking garage sale?
Just a gentle reminder that garage sales in Williamsburg Hamlet Maintenance Association are only permitted in the months of April & October per our Deed Restrictions. During these two months, you can host a garage sale on any or all weekends.
Failure to comply is subject to a $100.00 charge for each offense.
So start your planning, have fun, be safe, and remember to follow the Deed Restrictions.

Street Repairs
Harris County Precinct 4 is responsible for all street repairs. So please keep an eye out and report any large cracks, holes or other problems on our streets and report them as soon as possible by sending an email with the location (any street crossing, address preferably) and a description of the problem, to:

Harris County MUD 64 Provides Many Useful Services
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
You might have noticed that we have the contact information for Garbage & Recycling on our WHMA website (see https://www.williamsburghamlethoa.com/#local-and-emergency-contact-info).
Did you know that our neighborhood also offers plastic bag recycling? You can now recycle thin plastic bags as long as they are bundled together. These include bags from grocery stores, the thin plastic sleeve on newspapers, or wrapping on dry cleaning. The bags must be tied together and put into another bag - no loose bags. So, if you are accumulating those to take back to the store, you now have another option. Again, as long as they are all tied together, contained in one bag, and not loose, Best Trash will pick them up.

All About Callegari Park in Katy, Texas

Because we frequently receive questions about the Callegari Park, we want to provide everyone with the following information about the park and also provide the history of the park.
The park is managed and maintained by our MUD - #64.
The Callegari Park is for the enjoyment of property owners in both the WHMA and Lakecrest subdivisions.
It is not available to rent – it is to be used on a first come, first serve basis.
Requirements for using the Callegari Park include:
1. Leave everything clean, i.e., out of respect and gratitude for this excellent amenity, leave the park in better condition than when you got there!
2. Do not destroy or vandalize any of the park amenities including playground equipment, exercise equipment, pavilions, benches, artwork, and more.
Security: Keep in mind that the park is monitored by security cameras connected to the Harris County Police Department and to the MUD 64 employees and board members of both sub-divisions.
