Please join us for this annual event. It gives Property Owners the opportunity to meet and greet your neighbors; many of whom you may not meet anywhere else. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions about our Community. You can find images of the annoucement and the Proxy at the end of this post. Feel free to print or check your email.

2025 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP

WILLIAMSBURG HAMLET MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION

TIME: 7:00 PM

SIGN IN: 6:30 PM (Arrive early!)

PLACE: King Elementary School Gym (Off Pepperrell Place Lane)
1901 Charlton House Lane, Katy, TX 77493

Please accept this email notice as your formal invitation to attend the WHMA Annual Membership Meeting. As a property owner in the WHMA community; you are entitled to one (1) vote for each candidate for every lot that you own.

The vote for the 2025 election is for one (1) Board of Director’s position that will serve for a three-year term. Nominations can also be taken from the floor at the meeting.

VOTING INFORMATION

1. The simplest and quickest way to provide your vote is through online voting at (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/5WFGP6M) or do one of the following:

2. Show up on October 28th by 6:30 p.m. and vote in person.
3. DUE: If you are unable to attend, complete and sign the Proxy/Absentee Ballot and return it by Monday, October 27th. Proxies will NOT be accepted at the annual meeting. You can return them by:
4. Mail - P.O. Box 1332, Katy, TX 77492-1332
5. Drop the Proxy in the Community Drop Box at 1903 Kings Arms Way (near the pool)
6. Email the signed, completed Proxy to a Board Member
7. Give the signed/completed Proxy to a Board Member
8. Give the signed/completed Proxy to a neighbor to turn it in for you.
   

To conduct official HOA business and hold the election, a QUORUM of 10% of the eligible members must be present in person or by a signed/completed Proxy.
