As stated in Article V – Section 1 of our Bylaws: Nomination for election to the Board of Directors as provided herein shall be made by a nominating committee. In order to have a name listed in the ballot for board member election held at our Annual Meeting in October, nominations with a resume* for nominee(s) must be submitted to the Nominating Committee by September 18th.
TO VOLUNTEER AS A BOARD MEMBER OR TO NOMINATE SOMEONE ELSE, please take one of the following steps so WHMA receives your nomination no later than September 18, 2023.
