POOL & POOL CARD GUIDELINES
POOL OPENS SATURDAY, MAY 27, 2023
To enjoy our Williamsburg Hamlet spacious, very attractive salt water pool (up to 9’ deep with a diving board), please complete the pool card application form to receive your new pool card. Forms can be found at www.WilliamsburgHamletHOA.com/#forms.
NOTE
If you have received a 'White scan card' within the past 2 years, if your association account is current, if the card is not damaged, and if it scans properly, you will not need a new card.
One (1) pool card will be issued per property at a cost of $30 for continual use – your card will be activated each year if your property is in good standing with the Association.
Replacement cards will also cost $30.
Property owners are responsible for requesting and paying for their tenants’ pool cards.
After you, the property owner, completes the pool card application form, return by mail, place it in the Drop Box located in the pool house at 1903 Kings Arms Way or provide the form to a member of the Board of Directors.
CAUTION and AGREEMENT
Using the Williamsburg Hamlet pool means that you swim at your own risk, agree to follow, and abide by the WHMA HOA rules and regulations, and that you are aware that our pool is 9’ deep with a diving board.
