2023 Annual Meeting of the Membership for
Williamsburg Hamlet Homeowners Association, Inc.
DATE: Tuesday, October 24, 2023
TIME: 7:00 P.M.
SIGN IN: 6:30 P.M. (arrive early!)
PLACE: High Sierra Management, 722 Pin Oak Road, #230, Katy, TX 77494
NOTE: Location of annual meeting has changed from previous years.
Please accept this notice as your formal invitation to attend the WHMA Annual Membership Meeting. You are listed as a property owner in our community; therefore, you are entitled to vote for two (2) candidates for each lot that you own.
The votes for the 2023 election is for two (2) Board of Director positions that will serve for three-year terms. Nominations can also be taken from the floor at the meeting.
To vote online, use this link (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MS8J3SZ), OR Vote using one of the methods below:
1. Show up on October 24 by 6:30 p.m. and vote in person; [PREFERRED OPTION]
2. DUE: Proxies are being emailed to the WHMA community. If you are unable to attend, complete and sign the Proxy/Absentee Ballot and return it by Monday October 23 – Proxies will NOT be accepted at the annual meeting. You can return them by:
a. Mail – P.O. Box 1332, Katy, TX 77492-1332
b. Drop it in the Community Drop Box at 1903 Kings Arms Way (near the pool)
c. Email the signed/completed Proxy to williamsburghamlethoa@gmail.com
d. Fax the signed/completed Proxy to us at 281-347-7969
e. Give the signed/completed Proxy to a Board Member
f. Give the signed/completed Proxy to a neighbor to turn in for you.
In order to conduct official HOA business and hold the election, a QUORUM of 10% of the eligible members must be present in person or by proxy... so please cast your vote today!
